As a courtesy to our clients, Auto Collision Experts (ACE) provides a complimentary rental vehicle for a duration of 7 days. This rental is arranged through Enterprise Rent-A-Car and is offered at no charge to the client, with the only exception being the $100 deposit required by Enterprise paid by a debit or credit card with a chip, if debit card they will require 2 forms of current utility bills. Aside from that, ACE covers the rental costs as long as the terms outlined below are followed.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Courtesy Rental Duration:
   • ACE will cover the cost of a basic rental vehicle for up to 7 days while the at-fault insurance company is pending liability acceptance.
2. Purpose:
   • This rental is offered to assist the client while their vehicle is awaiting repair.
3. Early Vehicle Pickup:
   • If the client chooses to pick up their vehicle before repairs begin or are completed, they agree to pay a $400 rental fee, as the courtesy rental coverage will no longer apply.
4. Client Responsibility:
   • The client is responsible for any additional rental charges (deposits, fuel, tolls, insurance upgrade, damage waiver, damages, late return fees, etc.) that are not covered under this courtesy agreement.
